Solution A:  我是这么解决的
The most important thing is you need to install Win10 SDK to A SPECIAL FOLDER
if you use visual studio 2019 to install win10 SDK ,you'll install it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows Kits\10
BUT it may be the problem where it comes from.
THE RIGHT PALACE IS C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Extension SDKs    It is a default place when you install Win10 SDK independently.

第13步，用命令行打开相应文件夹：
                      d: 回车
                      cd 文件夹路径
运行相应的exe文件，删除成功之后完成修复。
