PAT (Advanced Level) Practice Python Method 1001 A+B Format（format函数语法）

a,b = map(int,input().split(' '))
print("{:,}".format(a+b, ','))

format函数语法：{<index>:<pad><align><width.accuracy><format>}
其中<pad>b/o/x分别对应2/8/16进制，单独','则表示千分位格式化。
如果不采用Python解题，可能需要用列表倒序计数插入逗号。
