这种错误是tensorflow导入checkpoint的名称写错了，要写文件一直写到.index 之前

原因分析： 在其他博客里给出的解决办法都是针对确认保存没问题的情况下给出的，利用tf.reset_default_graph()清除堆栈什么的。但在跑自己改进后的网络时并不能解决以上报错。同桌提醒我再检查一下有没有动网络保存和恢复的部分。 这我就想起来了，之前为了修改的网络训练方便，把恢复设定成了部分网络恢复，这样可以在较好的模型的基础上继续训练自己添加的局部网络。但是我修改了tf.Saver()，这就导致保存的时候也是保存我指定的那部分网络，也就是说我保存的图不完整。
