安装完成之后创建环境可能遇到的问题

问题1：
CondaHTTPError: HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED for url https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/pro/win-64/repodata.json.bz2
Elapsed: -

问题2：
CondaValueError: Malformed versio：n string ‘~’: invalid character(s).

CondaValueError: Malformed versio：n string '~': invalid character(s).

解决的方法：
修改.condarc文件的配置，windows下文件一般位于C:\Users\2232下面，2232是笔者命名。
（若是没有出现这个文件在cmd输入：conda config --set show_channel_urls yes）文件则会出现，然后用笔记本打开

将里面的内容替换成以下的内容：

show_channel_urls: true
default_channels:
  - https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main
  - https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/r
  - https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/msys2
custom_channels:
  conda-forge: https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud
  msys2: https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud
  bioconda: https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud
  menpo: https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud
  pytorch: https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud
  simpleitk: https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud

问题3：

^^^ The above line should NO LONGER be in your ~/.bashrc file! ^^^

CommandNotFoundError: Your shell has not been properly configured to use 'conda activate'.
If your shell is Bash or a Bourne variant, enable conda for the current user with

    $ echo ". C:\Anaconda/etc/profile.d/conda.sh" >> ~/.bashrc

or, for all users, enable conda with

    $ sudo ln -s C:\Anaconda/etc/profile.d/conda.sh /etc/profile.d/conda.sh

The options above will permanently enable the 'conda' command, but they do NOT
put conda's base (root) environment on PATH.  To do so, run

    $ conda activate

in your terminal, or to put the base environment on PATH permanently, run

    $ echo "conda activate" >> ~/.bashrc

Previous to conda 4.4, the recommended way to activate conda was to modify PATH in
your ~/.bashrc file.  You should manually remove the line that looks like

    export PATH="C:\Anaconda/bin:$PATH"

^^^ The above line should NO LONGER be in your ~/.bashrc file! ^^^

解决方法：将

conda activate <source>

修改为

activate <source>
