修改本地仓库，Local Repository无法改变

问题：修改本地仓库的settings.xml文件后，Local Repository无法改变
解决：
1，cmd->mvn -v 进行查看maven是否正确安装
2，settings.xml文件中，要放到注释外。（lz问题出在这里）
