安装catboost包报错造不出来轮子的解决方案，看完直呼我是sb

 使用 pip install catboost几次都报错如下。按照前人的经验我又装了cmake/njnja，再装catboost也照样wheel造不出来

于是我换成了 conda install catboost

装好了
