需求：找出每个部门获得前三高工资的所有员工

首先

思路：用Employee和自己做连接，连接条件是部门相同但是工资比我高，那么接下来按照having count(Salary) <= 2来筛选，原理是跟我一个部门而且工资比我高的人数不超过2个，那么我一定是部门工资前三，并求出这些员工id

    from Employee as e1 left join Employee as e2
    on e1.DeptId = e2.DeptId and e1.Salary < e2.Salary
    group by e1.Id
    having count(distinct e2.Salary) <= 2

外层查询只需要连接一下部门得到名字
