安装gym=0.21.0报错

我的环境：python=3.8.16

安装gym=0.21.0时报错如下(我感觉巨奇怪的报错)：

尝试了很多方法，下面的两个操作起作用了：

pip install setuptools==65.5.0
pip install --user wheel==0.38.0
