docker-compose 运行mysql中文乱码问题

解决方法一（已创建容器）：
进入容器，编辑/etc/mysql/my.cnf文件，添加如下内容：

[mysqld]
character_set_server=utf8 
init_connect='SET NAMES utf8'

[mysql] 
default-character-set = utf8

[mysql.server] 
default-character-set = utf8

[mysqld_safe] 
default-character-set = utf8

[client] 
default-character-set = utf8

初始的my.cnf文件只有[mysqld]标签，其他标签自己手动添加。然后重启容器即可。

解决方法二（未创建容器）：
拷贝一个my.cnf文件，在外部修改完后，构建镜像的时候直接通过dockerfile拷贝到容器里。

我使用的dockerfile如下：

ENV TZ=Asia/Shanghai

COPY ./my.cnf /etc/mysql/my.cnf

PS：尝试过在docker-compose.yml文件里设置以下参数，但没起啥作用。
