Python，volcengine-python-sdk，安装失败，提示which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects等问题

问题描述：

我是安装截止20240804发布的最新版本，volcengine-python-sdk-1.0.94.tar.gz

报错一

报错最后提示：which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects

解决方案:

由于 Windows 系统有最长路径限制，导致安装失败，按照以下方式设置：

1. 按下 Win+R ，输入 regedit 打开注册表编辑器。
2. 设置 \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem 路径下的变量 LongPathsEnabled 为 1 即可。

3. 重新安装

解决方案:

我在win10、python3.11.5，遇到了这个问题，尝试了各种解决方案，无解！！！！

最后安装python3.9，一次性安装成功
