Word Options --> Proofing --> click "AutoCorrect Options" --> AutoFormat As You Type --> Automatically as you type --> check "Set left- and first-indent with tabs and backspaces"

设置编号的快捷键
Word Options --> customize --> right bottom: "customize button" --> Categories "Commands Not in Ribbon" --> Commonds "FormatSimpleNumberDefault" -->make pointer in "Press new shortcut key" --> click "Assign" --> Close --> OK
