grapefruit cottage cheese and shrimp salad

1/2 grapefruit
1/4 cup(s) (2 ounces) 1% milk fat cottage cheese
2 ounce(s) cooked shrimp
1 tablespoon(s) capers
1 pinch(s) paprika
Salt, to taste brushless dc motor
Pepper, to taste
Directions
Cut grapefruit in half. Remove the pulp with a dba tuition feegrapefruit knife. Remove the pith and cut into large cubes.
Mix the cottage cheese, shrimp, capers, and paprika in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper. Mix in grapefruit cubes. Scrape any remaining pith from one grapefruit half, and serve salad in grapefruit peel "bowl."
