Keep Go on! A good habit should be kept on in one's life!

Someday when i surf on the internet ,I found someon keep his dairy every week,in which record what he had done in the work days ,his dairy is begin at two

years ago.Through it one can know clearly know what has happend in the past years,what progress one has made,So the time of one life can full with meaningfull

things ,one's life should not be waste by himself!

Secondly,can make use of this chance to practice one english every week！
