CLM5.0的模型变化大，安装过程相对复杂。需先安装GNU编译器（版本高于8.2.0），再依次安装gmp、mpc、mpfr，并在bashrc文件中设置变量。接着安装ANTLR（2.7.7）、UDUNITS（2.2.26）、ZLIB（1.2.11）、MPICH、HDF5、NETCDF-FORTRAN、BISON、NCO、PYTHON、LIBXML2和PERL。对于HDF5、PNETCDF、NETCDF等，需使用MPI编译器进行安装。最后，安装LAPACKE时需修改Makefile并执行make。

The model of clm5.0 is changed a lot ,so it may be more difficult to install it.

Firstly,the compiler of IBM server is not applicable for clm5.0, we should install the gnu compiler and the version is higher than 8.2.0.

Before you install the gnu complier,the gmp,mpc and mpfr should be installed firstly.Every variables should be setted in the bashrc file when you finished the installation of these software .Most software installation method is use the command ./configure and the next step is make ,then you should use the command of make install.It proves that it installed successffly if has not errors.
