进入BIOS  版     重启 按  esc    或者  F1  ~ F12 中的任意一个  

进入CPU Setup后，选择 Intel(R) Virtualization Technology，将Disabled 改为 Enabled，然后再回车，最后按F10保存并退出。

 

 

打开虚拟机的设置-》处理器和内存-》高级选项-》打开“在虚拟机中启用虚拟化管理程序”

然后打开虚拟机，在虚拟机中就可以继续打开虚拟机了
