Setup source control first

 

t really suprised me that 10% of the developing project depend on CVS, and none of others. This is thing I found that could be change first. Source Control we mean codes, documents,  some other beyond this that can be put on versioned control and management. It’s part of the management most company called configuration management, but in most integration tool or platform for rapid developing we called it source control and that’s enough, that’s what I wanted.

I have setup Subversion and SVNMananger for ganflon, and suggest other guys to use it. And also on half month ago, we provided a training for them.

  

《Remain in storm Kenny》, it’s so interesting to named it like this. I red it out and you would see “RISK”. That’s the most important thing and concept I talked about, not matter what we do , what ever tool and management, in software developing process, maybe that called UP (Unified Process) , we are trying to avoid as many risk as we can. So, even one guy yourself are in developing, let’s control the source.
