SUBJECT:Team New Year Planning

The celebration is scheduled to take place on Friday, December 31st, from 6:00 PM until Midnight at Ailian Lake Park.

From 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, we can have an outdoor picnic. From 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM, we can sing songs while admiring the moon and reflect on our gains and shortcomings of the past year.From 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM, we will organize games and entertainment performances. Following that, we will gather together in anticipation of the fireworks display.

Activity Coordination Team: Responsible for communicating with the management of Ailian Lake Park to secure necessary permits, arrange seating, and ensure compliance with all park regulations.

Logistics Team: In charge of renting facilities such as tents, tables, and chairs, arranging transportation for supplies, and conducting waste disposal in accordance with environmentally friendly principles.

Activities Planning Committee: Organizing a series of fun games and entertainment programs inspired by the natural beauty of Ailian Lake.
