全球长期断层的最大位移-断层长度比例。最大位移指沿断层测得的最大累积偏移量。我们汇编了文献中能找到的全球正断层（N）、逆断层（R）和走向滑动断层（SS）的所有数据，并加入了我们自己的测量结果（长度超过 1 公里的断层）。在从 10-2 到 106 米的广泛断层长度范围内，缩放是线性的。
