使用WebServices来处理某些业务功能

可以在程序中通过给指定的URL发送携带有指定格式及内容的GET/POST请求，或者通过SOAP协议发送指定格式的XML数据，即可在服务端处理指定的业务功能，并以指定的格式返回处理结果。

如：通过WebServices来查询指定手机号的归属地
