conda安装程序的时候宝 requests 错误

在运行python样例的时候，需要用到 wxpython 库， pip安装编译失败，转线到 conda安装， 结果报错：

Preparing transaction: done
Verifying transaction: failed

RemoveError: 'requests' is a dependency of conda and cannot be removed from
conda's operating environment.

根据conda 的 issue 讨论中找到解决方案：

conda update  --force  conda

其中有一句提示可能将来需要注意：

WARNING: The --force flag will be removed in a future conda release.
         See 'conda update --help' for details about the --force-reinstall
         and --clobber flags.

后面运行安装 wxpython ，问题没有了。

conda install wxpython

问题解决了。
