maven导出jar包时出现错误No plugin found for prefix 'dependency' in the current project and in the plugin……

在项目目录下输入mvn dependency:copy-dependencies

报错日志如下：

在eclipse中报错相同。

经过查找，发现原因是联通的网无法访问maven中心仓库。

1.尝试使用全局代理，依然访问失败。

2.尝试在setting.xml文件中配置代理，依然失败。

无奈，用手机给电脑开了热点（移动4G），成功了。

一共也就需要下载300kb左右的数据。。
