xcode 倒入签名后用手机运行调试出现 could not launch "*******", *** has denied the launch request.

问题：xcode 倒入签名后用手机运行调试出现  could not launch "*******",
*** has denied the launch request.  Internal launch error: process launch failed: failed to get the task for process ***。

问题环境：xcode：10.2.1  ios：12.3.1

解决问题方法：点击 Product -> Scheme -> Edit Scheme

会打开 Scheme界面，如下两种方法都可以解决以上问题。

方法一： 将Executable 修改为 Ask on Launch，每次点击运行后都会询问选择app。

方法二：可以保持Executable 选择的原始app内容，取消Debug executable 的选项。 

因本人对xcode开发不太了解，目前不知道为啥需要这么修改，等具体了解后在做补充。
