mva2 tests && mpiP

Steps

1. create sanity checks folder

2. download test version -e_x_p-5

./maint/updateflies

3. ./configure

./configure --enable-cuda --with-cuda-include=/opt/cuda/5.0/include --with-cuda-libpath=/opt/cuda/5.0/lib64 --prefix=/home/shir/sanity_checks/mvapich2-1.9a/mv2cuda

4. make && make install

vi setup-env.sh

rm -rf data graphs plots

mkdir data graphs plots

source setup-env.sh

* collective: 
1. imbc -- intel benchmarks for GPU collective only
2. cuda_tunes3/ -- collective

*** For tests on GPU (Westmereep) w/ LiMIC2 w/o LiMIC2
both with it and without it  MV2_CUDA_SMP_IPC=1

PART B

1. Install binutils 2.20
2. Install libunwind

3. mpiP  -- change configure file  (pay attention to 5709 ~ 5712)
