读写像素
int gray = gray_src.at<uchar>(row, col); //获取单通道该点像素值
int b = src.at<Vec3b>(row, col)[0]; //获取三通道该点像素值
int g = src.at<Vec3b>(row, col)[1];
int r = src.at<Vec3b>(row, col)[2];
修改像素值
gray_src.at<uchar>(row, col) = 255 - gray; //单通道反转
dst.at<Vec3b>(row, col)[0] = 255 - b; //三通道反转
dst.at<Vec3b>(row, col)[1] = 255 - g;
dst.at<Vec3b>(row, col)[2] = 255 - r;
gray_src.at<uchar>(row, col) = max(b, max(g, r));//min()也可以
bitwise_not(src, dst); //反转函数,简便方法
Vec3b对应三通道顺序:blue、green、red的uchar类型数据
Vec3f对应三通道float类型数据
通过src.convertTo(dst, CV_32F);可以将CV_8UC1转换到CV_32F1
