完美解决The 'ResourceManagerPackage' package did not load correctly

之前有遇到过 "The 'ResourceManagerPackage' package did not load correctly "这个问题 也是为解决这个问题苦恼了很久(尝试修复VS、重装VS等等都无果..)

之后经过多方查询 终于完美解决了 这个问题！！！！！！

这个问题主要是资源文件无法正常获取。
遇到这个问题 解决的办法有2个。
方法A:
1.Open Visual Studio.
2.Select the Tools menu and choose External Tools....
3.On the External Tools dialog box, choose the Add button. A new entry appears.
4.Enter a Title for your new menu item such as Command Prompt.
5.In the Command field, specify the file you want to launch such as %comspec% or C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe.
6.In the Arguments field, specify where to find the specific command prompt you want to use such as /k "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\Tools\VsDevCmd.bat" (this will launch the Developer Command Prompt installed with Visual Studio 2015). This value needs to be changed according to your Visual Studio version and installation location.
7.Choose a value for the Initial directory field such as Project Directory.
8.Choose the OK button. After that, the new menu item is added and you can access the command prompt from the Tools menu.
Then:
Right-click the VS icon
Choose Run As Administrator
Click the TOOLS--->Command Prompt to open the command window
Input the command "devenv /Setup"
Open the visual VS again, it will works.


当我第一次出现这个问题的时候 是通过上面的方法 成功修复的！ 
很是开心(但为何导致的这个问题 不得而知..)
基本上通过上面的方法基本可以解决问题


而后这几天又出现了同样的问题！并且使用上面方法无法正常解决..
之后我自己总结了方法B,效果拔群！
方法B:
使用DirectX Repair.exe工具先检测你电脑是否有损坏或不良的".dll"文件和"C++ 20XXRedistributable Package" 

这时候会出现问题, 之后可以选择去MSDN或者微软官网下载数据包直接修复 或者选择先删除电脑里面的"Microsoft Visual C++ 20XX Redistributable (x64)/(x86) - xx.x.xxxxx" 之后重新安装对应的软件包！

安装完毕后 重新使用DirectX Repair.exe工具再次重新检测，这时候应该会没有啥问题了！

这时候可以重启下电脑之后打开你的小vs~ 问题解决！
