SG 3 Establish Test Performance Indicators 建立测试绩效指标

A set of goal-oriented test process performance indicators to measure the quality of the test process is established and deployed.  一系列以目标为导向的测试流程绩效指标来衡量测试流程建立和部署的质量

SP 3.1 Define test performance indicators The test performance indicators are defined based upon the test policy and goals, including a procedure for data collection, storage and analysis.  定义测试绩效指标，根据测试方针和目的来定义测试绩效指标。包括数据整理，存储，分析过程。
