摘要：现代企业制造过程中的原材料、加工设备、人工、厂房等成本基本已经确定，要想再从生产过程中取得明显的效益提升、降低生产成本相当困难。企业里的车间物流是物流里面重要环节之一，根据有关统计在整个制造过程中有大约95%的时间是用在存储、装卸、搬运、等待加工等物流环节上。所以，从企业车间物流方面去入手，对于企业保障产品质量、降低生产成本、提升企业的竞争力则有很大的机会去提升生产效率、减低生产成本、增强市场竞争力。本文针对某工厂的车间物流的现状，并结合企业车间物流系统的离散性，采用了计算机仿真技术，应用MATLAB仿真软件，依据车间实际布局测定车间物流的搬运距离及搬运批量，建立了基于MATLAB的车间物流的仿真模型。对车间未来布局的优化及搬运批量的定义提供了快速、准确的参考数据，对降低车间物流成本、减少生产用地、配合配置机器数量的研究有重要的意义。为企业在车间物流分析、优化、预测及生产管理提供有效、直观的依据。

ABSTRACT：In manufacturing process, the relevant cost is almost fixed for the mainly elements such as raw material, process machine, human resource and plant facilities. It is very difficult to reduce the manufacturing cost on such aspects. But according to one related report, about 95% of manufacturing lead time is used on logistics such as storing, handling, transportation and process waiting. Therefore, studying on manufacturing logistics system is very important to reduce the entire manufacturing cost and then enhance the enterprise’s competition.Base on the current workshop manufacturing logistics condition and considering the manufacturing system is one kind of discrete system. It is very suitable to applying simulation technology such as MATLAB software. So the elements associated with workshop logistics are defined in MATLAB program. This is one kind of visually dynamic display interface model, we can easily to evaluate and diagnosis the workshop logistics and find out the potential optimizing opportunity on logistics cost. It is very significance for reducing manufacturing cost, space and optimizing equipment’s quantity and provide the right orientation for improving the workshop’s logistic system.
