Program Introduction

This specialty began its first undergraduate enrollment in year of 2004. There are a

group of high-level teachers composed of professors, associate professors and doctors with

reasonable age structure. All the teachers pay attention to the cultivation of students'

practical skills in innovation and entrepreneurship. This specialty was well equipped with

all kinds of laboratories and teaching and research instruments which meet the needs of

talents cultivation. This specialty has established good cooperative relationship with

pharmaceutical enterprises, and a group of off campus practice bases with reasonable

layout, high quality and relatively stable construction were constructed. Relying on the

technology platforms such as Henan province Funiu Mountain wild herbs Source

Engineering Technology Research Center, Luoyang Key Laboratory of traditional Chinese

medicine pharmaceutics Technology and Luoyang natural products extraction and

Separation Engineering Technology Research Center, this specialty focuses on the key

technology in the drug preparation process which could be its own unique professional

advantages and characteristics
