Abstract:
It’s known that powertrain mount system is playing important role in vehicle design after analysis. When idle running, the car steering wheel violently shaking. Powertrain and suspension parameters have been measured, and the six degrees of freedom mathematical model of powertrain mount system have been established. It’s found that the coupling is serious in all directions by decoupling calculation, therefore system optimization design have to been done. firstly the mount position need to been adjusted by the theory of impact center, secondly mount system range of rigidity and mount Angle are chosen as constraint variables, after that fgoalattain of multi-objective optimization function of Matlab is used, and the minimum decoupling rate of 6 direction is set as the objective function for optimization design, the results showed that this method can realize better decoupling in all directions within a certain range of constraints and have high practical values.
