摘要

采用水热合成法,选择合理的原料和配料比合成ZSM-5分子筛,对影响分子筛合成的主要因素如n(SiO2)∶n(Al2O3)、n(H2O)∶n(SiO2)、晶化时间和晶化温度进行考察优化。XRD和SEM表征结果表明,合成的分子筛为典型的ZSM-5结构分子筛,晶粒均匀且呈单分散。通过不同因素的调控,可以合成一系列粒度(350~650) nm的ZSM-5分子筛。

Abstract

ZSM-5 molecular sieves were prepared by choosing the reasonable ratios of reactants and hydrothermal synthetic method.The influence of SiO2/Al2O3 molar ratios,H2O/SiO2 molar ratios,crystallization time and temperatures on the synthesis of ZSM-5 molecular sieves was investigated.The as-prepared ZSM-5 molecular sieves were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the prepared ZSM-5 molecular sieves possessed typical structure of ZSM-5 molecular sieve with uniform and monodisperse crystals.ZSM-5 molecular sieves with particle size of (350-650) nm were synthesized by controlling different factors.
