今天同事（DELL 430笔记本）碰到系统无法启动的问题，具体提示如下：
Winnt_root\System32\Hal.dll missing or corrupt:
Please re-install a copy of the above file.

用U盘启动windows PE，先试试着修改boot.ini，结果依旧。

接着想进入windows\system32目录查看hal.dll文件是否存在。结果发现无法进入windows目录，提示C盘需要格式化。试着进入C盘其他文件夹，正常。怀疑硬盘有问题。用DELL 诊断盘，检测出硬盘故障。
