barrerror - utility for bar plots with automatic error bars

This script was written to provide a quick way to produce figures like the one seen above, where data containing 1 or more classes are plotted against each other across independent measurements.

Input is just a matrix of raw data with repeated measures in columns, and types in rows. For multiple classes, also accepts a cell array of these matrices

The error bars are calculated using the range of the data (asymmetric), or the 95% confidence interval (centered on mean).
