我小时候，我有一个梦想，就是成为一个优秀的医生。

在吉林大学白求恩医学部，我完成了本科学习。

200*年，于吉林大学第一医院神经内科，开始了研究生学业，师从***教授。

200*年毕业后，在***工作至今。

四年的临床工作，使我认识到再深造的重要性。

我的母校，吉林大学第一医院神经病学教研室，是我国重点学科，这里有很好的学习氛围，有很优秀的教师队伍。

为了提高自己的业务水平，我再次报考了***教授的博士研究生，希望能够继续在吉林大学第一医院神经病学教研室深造。

Good morning，everyone.

My name is ***, I'm from Jilin Province.

When I was young, I have a dream to be doctor.

In Jilin University, I equired the bachelor degree.

In 200*, I started graduate studies under the supervision of the Professor ***, in the Department of Neurology, in the First Hospital of Jilin University.

After graduation, in 200*, I have been working in Department of Neurology in the hospital of ***. Through four years of clinical work, the idea of furthering study comes into my mind. The reason why I’m here today.

My alma mater, the Department of Neurology in the First Hospital of Jilin University, is the key disciplines in China. Learning environment is great here, and the teachers of our school are excellent. To improve my professional capabilities, I apply for the PhD student of Professor ***, hoping to further my study in the Department of Neurology in the First Hospital of Jilin University.
