1. issue description:
In the condition of bowtie2
not installed , execute the command make configure
, the lack of libraries ,bowtie2
, was reported by HiC-Pro
. And the installation was executed automatically, but errors appeared.
$ # cd ../HICPRO/script/HiC-Pro-master/
$ # make configure
