安装scrapy遇到的问题，小结。
报错：

Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"d:\bld\scrapy_1584555997548\_h_env\python.exe"

1. 问题

用如下命令安装

conda install scrapy

验证，anconda终端输入如下

scrapy

返回

2. 解决方法

方法1：

scrapy 1.6 以后，这应该是一个bug^[1],也就是说，你可能已经安装成功了，换另一个验证方法，如下

python -m scrapy

结果如下：

方法2：

pip install scrapy

注： 此方法尚未做验证。
