python编译安装error ffi ctype_跪求！！安装python 时无法自动安装 ctype 库

操作系统 CentOS 8.2

GCC版本： 8.3.1

glibc : 2.28

安装 python 3.9.0 时，能编译成功、也能安装完成；但总是报 ctypes 模块未安装

网上查了很多资料，说依赖库找不到，但 tcl, ffi , zlib, sqlite3 等这些都安装了，但始终 在 安装 python 时有如下信息：

_sqlite3 _tkinter _uuid

折腾好几天了，很崩溃。。。
