R安装软件包报错-2

Bioconductor - clusterProfiler

clusterProfiler包需要用BiocManager安装

报错：

> BiocManager::install('clusterProfiler')

Error: Bioconductor version cannot be validated; no internet connection?

上篇文章中在Rprofile.site文件中增加options(download.file.method = 'libcurl')，解决了R自带软件包的下载问题。但用BiocManager仍然提示联网错误。

解决办法：

先运行options(url.method='libcurl')或者在Rprofile.site文件中增加options(url.method='libcurl')，则使用BiocManager下载软件包成功。
