dubbox离线约束和dubbox调用报错{@org.springframework.beans.factory.annotation.Autowired(required=true)}

配置离线约束目的：
不配置的话不联网就没有提示，离线状态下配置
方法：把dubbo.xsd放到D:\dtd-schema
