Linux 安装circos 方法

详细安装方法:from(Linux下软件安装：Circos) link

用cpanm安装perl模块中GD报错

使用cpanm快速安装GD

sudo ./cpanm --mirror http://mirror163.com/cpan --mirror-only GD

但是出现了以下问题，从对应log文件中发现:No package ‘gdlib’ found

! cannot open file '/home/ubuntu/.cpanm/sources/http%mirror163.com%cpan/02packages.details.txt.gz': No such file or directory opening compressed index
! Couldn't find module or a distribution GD

尝试安装gdlib

sudo apt-get install  libgd-dev

然后再次尝试安装GD，成功
