   for being offered such great opportunity of sponsorship and it’s
   really creative and energetic of you to make a activity planning
   for such a wonderful art festival.

2. 阐述客观规则
   If you excuse me, I boldly assume you are not that familiar with
   the articles of association in my corporation.

   As a matter of fact, the board of directors hold a strong view
   (that) the capital of our corporation ought to be comsumed in a
   methodical way.

   And thus, appropriate limitations for all expenses are stipulated including
   expense in sponsorship which I dare not to alter it as a general manager
   in principle.

3. 阐释两难状况
   In addition, it’s known that we corporation has get involved with several
   activities in large scale which exhausted the budget in sponsorship.

   Therefore, I am afraid we corporation is uncapable to be any fundraiser
   for any activity due to capital shortage.

4. 期待对方谅解
   And I do believe a man which is so kind and considerate like you would
   give us a full understanding for the dilemma we are confronting.

5. 给予未来期望
   If you allow me, I would like to suggest putting forward your activity
   schedule more earlier in the next year and a better and more considerate arrangment for
   capitial usage would be made.
