Pip 和 Conda 安装不兼容以及pip源

最近安装bitsandbytes时 conda一直报错

寻思着应该不是网络问题，结果查了一下发现conda库里面根本就没有这个包！！！
很奇怪 也有可能时conda配置的源有问题
我发现 直接pip是可以的 附赠一个好评的源：

pip install quickumls   -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
