解决思路

1. 设置全局默认字体为宋体（SimSun）；
2. 设置 LaTeX 默认使用 STIX 字体，在中文环境中使用 $\mathrm{...}$ 转换西文为 STIX 罗马体；
3. 设置坐标轴标签字体为 Times New Roman。
