解决Error in file(con, “w“) : cannot open the connection问题

今天打开电脑清理了下临时文件，然后运行原有无误的R代码发现运行报错了。
不难想到这和临时文件有关，因此假如出现

Error in file(con, "w") : cannot open the connection
In addition: Warning message:
In file(con, "w") :
  cannot open file 'C:\Users\27394\AppData\Local\Temp\Rtmps9VoVs\file32544f3527b': No such file or directory

或

Error in file(out, “wt“) : cannot open the connection
