windows下在pycharm安装psutil模块时,报错Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement redis的解决方法

近期在windows安装psutil模块时，显示Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement redis。意思是镜像不匹配，在网上查找了解决方法之后，顺利解决，现做一记录，供积累和日后使用。

1.如果在windows下的话，（在有网络的情况下）
可以在powershell里使用pip命令安装。使用国内的镜像(linux可以在terminal里)。
如：
阿里云 http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/

中国科技大学 https://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple/

豆瓣(douban) http://pypi.douban.com/simple/

清华大学 https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/

中国科学技术大学 http://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple/

2.使用方法

　pip install psutil.py -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple

若报错pip源不可信或者不安全，请使用如下命令

pip install psutil -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple --trusted-host pypi.douban.com

powershell里显示安装成功
