问题描述

1. 环境信息：

CANN：6.3.RC2（tookit）

驱动：23.0.RC2

mindspore：2.1.0

2. 问题描述：

在300I DUO卡上，安装mindspore报错后，执行以下代码后报错

python -c "import mindspore;mindspore.set_context(device_target='Ascend');mindspore.run_check()"复制
