沿df的轴应用函数

• func:对每行或者每列应用的函数
• axis{0 or ‘index’, 1 or ‘columns’}, default 0
  0是列，1是行
  
• rawbool, default False
  
• result_type**{‘expand’, ‘reduce’, ‘broadcast’, None}, default None**
