项目启动报错(巨坑) Error creating bean with name ‘sqlSessionFactory‘ defined in class path resource .....

在启动项目的时候遇到的报错：

Cause: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -24

在网上搜寻了好多种解决办法，有的说是注解扫描包，也怀疑过idea版本问题，后来在sqlSessionFactory 上一直打断点，打到很底层的时候，发现是转码失败的问题，这个问题真的是血坑啊，有点idea在编译的时候汉字转换不过来。。。。

也就是因为我在建代码路径的时候存在汉语了，导致idea 编码转码失败.....

idea开发者和 最初应用对象都是外国用户，所以不要在路径上出现汉语
