成功解决！ Ubuntu18.04 apt更新源 404 无论换什么源都404 非删除arm64软件包

网上大多教程 都是
删除 arm64 的软件包
dpkg --remove-architecture arm64
参考了一篇 博主的文章 换了下边的源 成功解决！！

换此源！！！
