摘要：经济新常态下，我国市场经济体制改革不断深入，建筑行业利润获取空间被进一步压缩，成本控制压力也不断提升，因而如何确保工程建设获得一个较为理想的经济效益就成了这行业所面临的的一大难题。这个问题显然不是单单由技术先进或落后所能够决定的，而必须通过效益和成本的计算和分析比较才能够解决。本文将浅谈工程经济分析控制工程项目预算与成本，提高经济效益。

Abstract: Under the new normal of economy, China’s market economic system reform continues to deepen, the profit space of the construction industry is further compressed, and the pressure of cost control is also increasing. Therefore, how to ensure the construction of a relatively ideal economic benefit has become a major problem faced by the industry. Obviously, this problem is not determined by technological advancement or backwardness alone, but must be solved through calculation and analysis of benefits and costs. This paper will talk about engineering economic analysis control engineering project budget and cost, improve economic benefits.
