Article statuses文章状态

Received for production: articles which have entered the production process and are currently being typeset, but have not yet been sent to the author for correction.
接收制作：已进入制作过程，目前正在排版，但尚未送作者更正的文章。

Awaiting proof corrections: articles sent to the author for correction, where corrections have not yet been received.
待校样更正：发给作者更正，尚未收到更正的文章。

Author corrections returned: the author has returned their corrections and the corrected version of the article is being worked on.
已返回作者更正：作者已返回其更正，并且正在对文章的更正版本进行处理。

Articles not compiled in issue: all articles not yet compiled in an issue, regardless of production status.
未编入期的文章：所有尚未编入期的文章，无论生产状态如何。

Published online status发布在线状态

Accepted manuscripts published online: all articles where the latest published online stage is the accepted manuscript. Accepted manuscripts are articles that have been peer reviewed and accepted for publication by the Editorial Board. They have not yet been copy edited and/or formatted in the publication house style.
在线发表的录用稿件： 所有最新在线发表阶段为录用稿件的文章。接受的手稿是经过同行评审并被编辑委员会接受出版的文章。它们尚未以出版社的风格进行复制编辑和/或格式化。

Uncorrected proofs published online: all articles where the latest published stage is the uncorrected proof. Uncorrected proofs are articles that have been copy edited and formatted, but have not been finalized yet. They still need to be proof-read and corrected by the author(s) and the text could still change before final publication.

Corrected proofs published online: all articles where the latest published stage is the corrected proof. Corrected proofs are articles that contain the author’s corrections. Final citation details, e.g. volume and/or issue number, publication year and page numbers, still need to be added.

Final article published online: all articles where the latest published stage is the final version of the article. The final version of the article has full citation details, e.g. volume and/or issue number, publication year and page numbers.

Issue statuses期刊状态

Compilation completed: issues where compilation has recently been completed, and the date the issue was compiled.

Planned Print publication: issues still in production but where we now have an expected despatch date.
计划中的印刷出版物：期刊仍在制作中，但我们现在有一个预期的发货日期。

Final publication: published issues and the date the issue was despatched.

例子

以爱思唯尔旗下的期刊为例，在文章accepted以后，通讯作者会收到以下邮件：
1、目标期刊发送的文章接收通知（acceptance letter）
2、到排版阶段后，Production Tracking System (PTS)就会发出一封确认邮件，其中包括： Article Tracking service。可以跟踪了解自己的文章出版阶段到哪一步了。
3、Offprint Order form。 作者可以使用该表单来订购文章的抽印本。
4、Colour order form。 作者可以选择是否需要彩印。
5、Rights and Access form。其中包括版权协议、开放获取（文章处理费用）、资助和基金等内容, 一般需要作者填写表格和签字。没有按时提交的话可能会耽误发表。版权转让协议并不需要每个作者都签，可以通讯作者代替所有人签名。一般来说，杂志社在没有收到作者签署版权转让协议之前，文章是不会发表的。
6、Proof 校样。SCI论文被接受后，有一个很重要的过程就是Proof——校对。这次校对主要针对一些单词，短语，句子，以及作者和单位等信息，不可以做大篇幅修改。现在很多出版机构是在线的，你需要在线回答相应的问题以及做出相应的修改就可以了，还有一部分是离线以PDF的格式发给你进行修改。
7、Online 线上发表。Proof完成后就可以等待online了。
